Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? Here are some of the most common things people ask us about our services and support.

General

What services does KRITM offer?

KRITM works in two areas. The first is cloud infrastructure: VPS servers with NVMe disks, guaranteed CPU and RAM, and a Türkiye location. The second is custom software: web, mobile and desktop applications, UI/UX design and SEO consulting. You create a server from the panel in minutes and scale its resources up or down as your needs change.

Who is KRITM a good fit for?

We serve a broad range: from early-stage startups to growing e-commerce sites, from teams running API services to companies that want custom software built for them. A single server is enough for a small project. As your business grows, you add new servers from the same panel and manage them with your team.

How do I create an account and how fast is a server ready?

You open an account in minutes from the sign-up page with your email address. After you confirm the verification email, you log in to the panel and create your first server. A server is usually ready within a few minutes, and the connection details appear in the panel. Corporate accounts can add billing details in the profile section.

Can I use KRITM without technical knowledge?

Creating a server, scaling resources and basic settings take a few clicks in the panel and need no command line. If you need custom installation or configuration inside the server, you can write to our support team. For custom software projects we handle the whole job; you only describe what you need.

Billing

How does billing work?

VPS servers are billed hourly. You pay only for the time a server stays on, and billing stops when you power it off and delete it. A monthly cap means your bill never exceeds the server's monthly price. You can see current prices on the pricing page.

Do I have to commit for a long term?

No. There is no commitment; you create a server whenever you want and delete it whenever you want. The hourly model lets you spin up a server for short tests or campaign periods and shut it down when you are done. You do not pay for resources you are not using.

How do I track my spending?

The cost-tracking section in the panel shows how much each server consumes. You follow your live usage and the estimated end-of-month total there. To avoid surprise bills, you can also see the estimated impact before you scale a resource up.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card, and corporate accounts can add billing details to their profile. For payment and invoice details, feel free to get in touch.

Technical

What hardware runs the VPS servers?

Servers use NVMe disks, which means far higher read and write speeds than classic SSDs. CPU and RAM are dedicated to you and not shared with neighboring servers, so performance is predictable. The location is Türkiye, which gives low latency to your local users.

Do I get root access, and which operating systems are available?

Yes, you get full root access to the server. You install any software, tune kernel parameters and configure the server however you like. Common Linux distributions (including Ubuntu) are offered as ready templates, and all management after setup is yours.

How do I scale my server?

When your traffic grows, you raise CPU, RAM and disk resources from the panel. The operation usually takes minutes and, in most cases, completes with a short reboot. Before predictable peaks such as a campaign, you can raise capacity and bring it back down afterwards.

How does a custom software project work?

We start by listening to your needs and clarifying the scope. We move through design, development and testing together and share intermediate builds with you. Whether web, mobile or desktop, we provide maintenance and improvement support after the project goes live. To get started, use the contact page.

Security

How do I connect to my server securely?

We recommend connecting to servers with an SSH key pair, which is far safer than password login. In the panel you create your key pair or add your own public key, then launch the server with that key. The private key stays only with you.

How do I limit access to my server?

With security groups (firewall rules) you decide which ports and IP addresses can reach the server. For example, you can allow SSH only from your own office IP and close the rest. You can update the rules from the panel at any time.

How do I make my account more secure?

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account; at login a one-time code is requested in addition to your password. Your password is stored with a strong algorithm and email verification is required. If anything looks suspicious, you can change your password from the panel right away.

Where is my data stored?

Your servers are hosted in a Türkiye location, so your data stays in the country. Managing and backing up the data inside the server is your responsibility, and we recommend taking regular backups. For questions about data processing and privacy, you can reach us.
