Sets out the terms for using Kritm games and your license rights.

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") takes effect between you and Kritm when you download, install or play games developed by Kritm (the "Games"). By using the Games you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.
Kritm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Games on supported devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Games are licensed, not sold.
You may not:
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement.
In-game currencies and virtual items are limited licenses that have no real-money value and can only be used within the Game. Purchases are made through the relevant platform store, and refunds are subject to that store's refund policy, without prejudice to applicable consumer law.
Free Games may show ads. The reward for a rewarded ad is granted once the ad has been watched to the end. A remove-ads purchase removes non-optional ads in that Game; optional rewarded ads may remain available.
You are responsible for the content you create or share in the Games, including nicknames. You grant Kritm a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and promote the Games.
We may update the Games and add or remove content. Online features may be discontinued with reasonable prior notice. Some updates may be required to keep playing.
The Games and all code, art, music, characters and trademarks in them belong to Kritm or its licensors. This Agreement does not give you any ownership rights in them.
The Games are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kritm does not guarantee that the Games will run uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You may end this Agreement at any time by deleting the Games. Your license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For questions, write to info@kritm.com.
