Services provided by Kritm are provided "as is" and "as available." The company does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Kritm does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of services.

Fees and Payments

Fees determined for services are collected based on prices valid at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through reliable payment infrastructures such as PayTR. Services may be suspended or canceled in case of payment issues. Fee and payment terms may be changed with prior notice on the site.

Service Termination and Transfer

Kritm reserves the right to stop or terminate its services without prior notice. Alternative solutions or refund options may be offered to customers in case of service termination.

Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

This policy and the use of services are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Istanbul (or the city where the Company's registered headquarters is located) courts are authorized.

Prohibited Usage Policy

Our customers agree to use all services provided by Kritm within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey and internationally valid regulations. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Activities

  • •Any content and activities contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
  • •Hosting websites whose access is blocked or prohibited by BTK and related institutions.
  • •Publishing content that constitutes or encourages crime.

Gambling, Betting and Games of Chance

  • •Websites for illegal betting or gambling activities under Law No. 7258.
  • •Virtual casinos, games of chance, bingo, roulette, etc. sites.
  • •Gambling or betting services based abroad that are illegal in Turkey.

Harmful and Abusive Content

  • •Child abuse, pedophilia or similar illegal content.
  • •Content promoting the production, sale or use of drugs.
  • •Publications related to terrorist organizations or criminal organizations.

Content Violating Copyright and Trademark Rights

  • •Pirated software, cracks, serials, warez, etc. content.
  • •Sharing of films, music, software or other digital content that violates copyright.

Malware and Cyber Attacks

  • •Distribution of viruses, trojans, ransomware and other malicious software.
  • •Botnet, DDoS, phishing or other cyber attack methods.

Actions to be Taken in Case of Violation

  • •If a violation is detected, the service is suspended or terminated without prior notice.
  • •If deemed necessary, information is provided to relevant legal authorities and cooperation is made with official authorities.
  • •The customer accepts all legal and financial responsibility that may arise from such violations.

Email Notifications and Commercial Communication

Kritm may send emails to users for billing, payment, security, support, and legal notification purposes within the scope of service provision. These notifications are an integral part of the service and do not require consent.

Users may receive commercial electronic communications containing campaigns, announcements, opportunities, and informational content if they provide additional consent during registration.

Users may withdraw this consent at any time; in this case, commercial communication is stopped, but mandatory service emails continue to be sent.
